How do I connect to my account via FTP?

Any type of FTP software such as Filezilla, will allow you to connect to your account. The FTP address is your domain name without the www; on PLESK plans your username is the one you picked during the order (on WEB plans your username would be your domain name without the www) and same thing for your password (unless you changed it in the control panel).

Do domains include privacy protection?

Domain Privacy Protection (WHOIS) is available for 9.95 a year

How to transfer a domain from another registrar?

  • Order a domain transfer
  • Make sure your domain is not domain transfer locked
  • Make sure there is no WHOIS privacy on your account
  • Get the EPP codes necessary for the transfer from your current provider
  • Get the email approval and the EPP codes

Your domain needs to:

  • Not be expired or within 14 days of expiring.
  • Not have been renewed within the last 45 days.
  • Not have been registered within the last 60 days.
  • Not be involved in any legal or payment disputes.

Is there any downtime when transferring to Aztus?

To transfer a domain, no.

To change webhosts, it can take from 15min to 48 hours, we can check with you beforehand to make sure we transfer it at the best possible time so as to not affect your business.

Can I transfer my domain to another person?

Yes, by changing the contact information and e-mail for Aztus and on your PLESK interface

Can I control my DNS records?

Once your domain name has been registered and your hosting plan has been ordered, you will receive an email containing all the information you need to install your site on our Web servers and manage your hosting plan.

If you registered your domain name with another service provider, you will have to change the DNS information to point the domain on our servers.

Once the DNS configuration has been modified, your hosting plan will become functional on our servers.

This process will be explained to you in the aforementioned email.
